A dream location
Torre Glòries, commonly known as Torre Agbar, is the third tallest skyscraper in Barcelona with a height of 142 metres. The B720 architects' studio in Barcelona, the same with which Jean Nouvel worked, has been chosen to remodel the tower, adapting it to the current needs of the environment and companies. The building has the LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent sustainability certifications, the most prestigious internationally, which are an added value for companies that respect the environment.

LOOM, the flexible workspace company acquired by Merlin Properties, offers offices, offices, permanent positions, coworking spaces and meeting rooms in prime locations in Madrid and Barcelona. The flexible spaces of Coworking LOOM in Torre Glòries have been completely redesigned to become the workplace of tomorrow. The one in charge of the interior design was the Banana Studio in Madrid, giving each room an individual character. The names of the offices reflect the emblematic sites of Barcelona, such as "La Barceloneta" or "Tibidabo". On the three floors of the LOOM offices, 500m2 of white Rockfon® Mono® Acoustic acoustic ceilings were installed, an elegant solution without joints that guarantees acoustic comfort and greater penetration of natural light, promoting the well-being of users.
