TO ENTER AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, YOU must be a legal resident of Canada, 49 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii) who is 18 + or the age of majority and is a registered Expo attendee of Living Future 2026, April 14–17, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Seattle, Seattle, Washington. All times are Pacific Time (PT). 

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: 
The 2026 Rockfon Living Future 2026 Expo Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Rockfon (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion begins at 6:15:00 PM PT on April 14, 2026 and ends at 5:00:00 PM PT on April 16, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Promotion Rules and Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Promotion are final. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

ELIGIBILITY: 
Open to legal residents of the forty nine (49) United States and District of Columbia (excluding, for clarity, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their primary state of residence/province/territory at the time of entry; registered, in-person Expo attendees of Living Future 2026 in Seattle, Washington. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. 

HOW TO REGISTER: 
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must register at booth #6. Registration is free. To register, visit

complete the entry form and click “Submit”. Upon registration you will be eligible to enter the Promotion (see rule 4 on how to enter the Promotion). 

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. 
There is one (1) way to enter the Promotion: 

In Person: 
Between 6:15:00 PM PT on April 14, 2026 and 5:00:00 PM PT on April 16, 2026 (the “Trade Show Entry Period”), visit the Rockfon booth (#6) at Living Future 2026 (the “Trade Show”) at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in Seattle, Washington, and a Rockfon representative will direct you to the Rockfon‑provided screen or a QR Code for the entrant to use their personal device to enter the Contest. 

Complete the entry form (the “Entry Form”) with your first and last name, daytime telephone number (including area code), a valid email address, company name and complete mailing address (including zip/postal code). 

Next, confirm compliance with these Official Rules and upon doing so, click the “Submit your Entry” button and you will receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the applicable Prize Period (see rule 5). Limit of one (1) Entry per attendee per Prize Period. In the event an entrant has entered more than once or used more than one (1) email address to enter the Promotion, the entrant will be disqualified and all entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. 

PRIZE PERIOD: 
The Promotion Period is divided into one (1) prize period (“Prize Period”) that is as follows: 

PRIZE: 
There is one (1) Prize available to be won (one (1) per Prize Period”), consisting of one (1) Cotopaxi Allpa 1.5L Hip Pack with a retail value of $65.00 USD. 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, if a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one (1) Prize per registered Expo attendee during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded during the Promotion. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 

PUBLICITY: 
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and/or affiliated third parties use of each winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

DRAWS: 
One (1) random draw (the “Prize Draw”) will be held on April 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT at the Living Future Conference Expo Floor, Booth 6, Sheraton Grand Seattle, Seattle, Washington, from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable Prize Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential Prize winner will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE AWARDING: 
Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email by a Rockfon employee using the information provided at time of entry. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential winner does not respond within one (1) business day of the first notification attempt, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

GENERAL: 

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promotion Entities (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or in any Promotion related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (ii) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Promotion Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Promotion or any prize-related activities. Acceptance of a Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes (including any social media platforms) without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Promotion.

LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES:** 

The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer system which is occasioned by participating in the Promotion, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost or stolen prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, social media platforms or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prize or in any prize notification documents, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Any attempted form of entry into the Promotion, other than as stated herein, is prohibited, including tampering, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and award the Prizes from among all eligible non-suspect participants in a random drawing, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this Promotion (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Promotion as contemplated by these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
