PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The 2025 Rockfon Greenbuild Conference + Expo Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Roxul Inc. and Roxul USA Inc. dba “Rockfon” (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion begins at 09:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 5, 2025 and ends at 04:00:00 PM PT on November 6, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Promotion Rules and Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Promotion are final. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the forty nine (49) United States and District of Columbia (excluding, for clarity, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their primary state of residence/province/territory at the time of entry; registered, in-person attendees of the 2025 Greenbuild Conference + Expo in Los Angeles, California. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO REGISTER: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must register at booth #847. Registration is free. To register, visit https://www.rockfon.com/en-us/contact-us/greenbuild-giveaway/, complete the entry form and click “Submit”. Upon registration you will be eligible to enter the Promotion (see rule 4 on how to enter the Promotion).

PRIZE: There are two (2) Prizes available to be won (one (1) per Prize Period”), consisting of one (1) Cotopaxi Allpa 1.5L Hip Pack with a Retail value of $42.00 during Prize Period 1 and one (1) Cotopaxi Allpa 35L Travel Pack with a Retail value of $225.00. Entrants who enter during Prize Period 1 are eligible to win during Prize Period 2, except the Winner during Prize Period 1. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, if a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one (1) Prize per registered trade-show attendee during each Prize Period. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded during the Promotion during each Prize Period. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. The Prize Period 1 Winner may either pick up the prize from a Rockfon employee in-person after 5PM PT on November 5, 2025 or have the item shipped by Rockfon within five (5) business days at no cost to the Winner. Winner is responsible for any other costs associated with the prize. The Prize Period 2 Winner may either pick up the prize from a Rockfon employee in-person after 4PM PT on November 6, 2025 or have the item shipped by Rockfon within five (5) business days at no cost to the Winner 

7. 

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and/or affiliated third parties use of each winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/ province/territory for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to this Promotion, except to the extent prohibited by law. By way of example, Prize winners may be announced on the Promotion Website and on any other media outlets including the Sponsor’s social media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter) (now known or hereafter created) as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

DRAWS: One (1) random draw for each Prize Period, (each a “Prize Draw”) will be held on each of the respective Prize Draw Date listed in the table in rule 5 in Los Angeles, California at the close of the Expo on Day 1 and Day 2 from among all eligible Entries received during each applicable Prize Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential Prize winner will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each applicable Prize Entry Period. Each potential winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email by a Rockon employee at the close of the applicable Draw Date.  Entrants in Prize Period 1 are eligible to win during Prize Period 2, except the Winner of Prize Period 1

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE AWARDING: Potential winners will be notified by telephone, text message and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion. Each potential winner will be contacted by telephone, text message and/or email by a Rockon employee being selected in the applicable Draw Date (see rule 5) with instructions on how to verify eligibility and claim the Prize using information provided at time of entry. 

Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential winner does not respond within one (1) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a potential winner. Delivery of the Prizes will be coordinated with the winner by the Sponsor upon successfully contacting the Winner upon closing of the Promotion Period. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. 

10. 

GENERAL: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promotion Entities (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or in any Promotion related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (ii) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Promotion Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Promotion or any prize-related activities. Acceptance of a Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes (including any social media platforms) without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Promotion.

LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES: The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer system which is occasioned by participating in the Promotion, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost or stolen prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, social media platforms or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prize or in any prize notification documents, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Any attempted form of entry into the Promotion, other than as stated herein, is prohibited, including tampering, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and award the Prizes from among all eligible non-suspect participants in a random drawing, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this Promotion (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Promotion as contemplated by these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
